T-bone steak about 2½ inches thick

Salt

Pepper

Olive Oil

Lemon

Rosemary

Method

Let the steak rest at room temperature for approximately one hour before cooking. Grill steak on its sides first, then on bone. About 8 minutes per side. Remove steak from grill and let it rest for about 15 minutes. Add a sprinkle of salt and freshly ground pepper, brushing with olive oil, rosemary, and squeeze of lemon. Serve and Enjoy!
