Bistecca Alla Fiorentina
Ingredients
- T-bone steak about 2½ inches thick
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Lemon
- Rosemary
Instructions
- Let the steak rest at room temperature for approximately one hour before cooking.
- Grill steak on its sides first, then on bone.
- About 8 minutes per side.
- Remove steak from grill and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
- Add a sprinkle of salt and freshly ground pepper, brushing with olive oil, rosemary, and squeeze of lemon.
- Serve and Enjoy!
