Prosecco Rosé Tuscan Rosé

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Ruffino Prosecco Rosé
  • 1 part vodka
  • ¾ parts lemon juice
  • ¾ parts pear juice
  • ½ part simple syrup
  • Sprig of thyme

Instructions

Pour all ingredients, except for the Ruffino Prosecco Rosé, in a shaker. Shake and strain into a highball glass with some ice. Top with the prosecco rosé, and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
