Prosecco Rosé Simpler Things

Ingredients

  • 3 parts Ruffino Prosecco Rosé
  • 1 part vodka
  • ¾ parts lemon juice
  • ¾ parts simple syrup (or spice this up by making blackberry simple syrup)
  • 1 egg white
  • Fresh blackberries

Instructions

Dry shake ingredients (except for the rosé), and then add ice and shake again. Pour into a highball glass and top off with Ruffino Prosecco Rosé. Garnish with a blackberry skewer.
