Prosecco Blue Basil Cocktail


  • 4 parts Ruffino Prosecco
  • 1 part basil/blueberry simple syrup
  • ½ part lime juice
  • Basil leaves
  • Fresh blueberries


Blend simple syrup with basil and blueberries in a blender. Fine strain and keep in fridge. Build in a lowball glass over ice. Stir and garnish with a skewer of basil leaves and blueberries.
