Bistecca Alla Fiorentina


  • T-bone steak about 2½ inches thick
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon
  • Rosemary

  • Let the steak rest at room temperature for approximately one hour before cooking.
  • Grill steak on its sides first, then on bone.
  • About 8 minutes per side.
  • Remove steak from grill and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
  • Add a sprinkle of salt and freshly ground pepper, brushing with olive oil, rosemary, and squeeze of lemon.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
