Prosecco Brioso


  • 3 parts Ruffino Prosecco
  • 1 part London dry gin
  • ¾ parts lemon juice
  • ¾ parts simple syrup
  • 3 raspberries
  • 1 dash bitters


Pour gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, 2 muddled raspberries and bitters into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain liquid into a flute and top off with Ruffino Prosecco. Garnish with a raspberry.
